Hilton Leicester – Receptionist
Receptionist: Full Time
We are looking for someone to join our team who is well presented, enthusiastic, has a bubbly personality and strives to provide excellent customer service going beyond guests expectations at all times.
The ideal candidate will have held a similar role previously or a customer facing position.
Prior to commencing employment, applicants must have evidence of their right to work in the UK, and employment is also subject to receiving two references.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Checking in and out guests accurately inputting guest information into the Hotel systems
- Maintaining brand standards at all times and encouraging guest sign ups to brand platform
- Carrying out own training and development using on the job training, brand compliant training and Company online training
- Assisting guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner, responding to guest problems and complaints, participating in the implementation of corrective action to improve guest satisfaction, empowering employees to provide excellent customer service

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure maintaining a positive can-do attitude
- Passionate, motivated, driven and reliable

Hilton Leicester – Reception Supervisor
We are looking for someone to join our team who is well presented, enthusiastic, has a bubbly personality and strives to provide excellent customer service going beyond guests expectations at all times. The ideal candidate will have held a similar role previously within a 3 or 4* hotel environment. A working knowledge of On Q or similar system would be an advantage. Prior to commencing employment, applicants must have evidence of their right to work in the UK, and employment is also subject to receiving two references.
- Role and Responsibilities:
- Supervising the busy Front Desk ensuring Hilton standards are adhered to and maintained
- Supervising a team of Reception and Night staff alongside the Front of House Manager
- Deputising for the FoH Manager in times of holiday and absence
- Checking in and out guests accurately inputting guest information into the Hotel systems
- Maintaining brand standards at all times and monitoring guest sign ups to brand platform
- Ensuring team compliance in statutory training e-learning, plus brand compliant training sign offs
- Assisting guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner, responding to guest problems and complaints, participating in the implementation of corrective action to improve guest satisfaction, empowering employees to provide excellent customer service
